A man without history is like a tree without roots -- Marcus Garvey
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal. - Declaration of Independence
United States of America was founded on principles of freedom and equality. Unfortunately, it still has not achieved that ideal. As long as people need to write on their job applications their race, ethnicity, sex, and similar, there will be inequality. Only when all people are seen as individuals, citizens, and persons, will equality be achieved.
In the meantime, we want to make sure that on those job applications there is a category that properly describes us. We are not white, we are European Americans. A poor child cannot be put in the same category with 1% of the richest people, like billionaires Bill Gates and George Soros, who own 40% of the wealth. This child's scholarships and tuition must not be affected by statistics.
What are the ideals we stand for? You can find out by watching the video below. Ron Paul is a person that represents our ideals of freedom and equality. We may not endorse or agree with everything he stands for, but we think that the most important issues United States is facing today are addressed the best by Ron Paul. These issues include liberty, rights, equality, racism, war, role of government, government spending, education, immigration, foreign policy, economy. If you know any other legislator and representative that you think may stand for similar ideals as National European Descendant Coalition does, please let us know.
National European Descendant Coalition (NationalEDC) is an organization dedicated to preserving and promoting the heritage and culture of Americans of European descent. We provide educational and scholarship opportunities, as well as programs and activities, to help our young people. We actively advocate issues of freedom and equality to our elected representatives. For this we need your support. You need to show them that you are a European American, and that you want to be recognized as such. Show your representatives that you object to racial, sexual, and similar classifications of individuals, and that you support cultural diversity.
This non-profit organization was founded in 2007 in Illinois.
